"Dan has been very professional and always make sure I am comfortable with the exercise (as I have abdominal separation from pregnancy). We started off gradually with realistic goals and now the exercises are getting more challenging which I really enjoy. I can feel my core strength is improving and I don't get backache anymore. Dan has an holistic and flexible approach. He is a fantastic PT who uses a mix of exercises to get great, lasting results. No fuss, no nonsense, just intensive, focused training that builds confidence as well as muscle.” Even if you fall out of routine for things like holidays or illness, he manages to keep your fitness on track whilst still challenging you enough to see results. Dan is really supportive and it's easy to talk openly with him about issues surrounding food and weight. He's sensitive in his approach to these topics and his advice is excellent -- holistic and tailored to what would work for me as an individual considering my lifestyle, work and what I enjoyed. Dan is great at helping me set myself realistic targets, and keeping me on track as I work towards my goals (and helps me measure my progress in a really comfortable and helpful way).
