About Us

Who We Are

Hi, I’m Dan Chamberlain, a personal trainer and online coach with nearly 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. Alongside my work as a trainer, I’ve also been a swimming coach for even longer, giving me a broad and well-rounded background in movement, performance, and conditioning.

I’m also a proud dad of two, and like many parents, I know how valuable time is. Over the years, my approach to training—both for myself and my clients—has evolved to focus on functional, efficient workouts that deliver real results without demanding hours in the gym.

In recent years, I’ve specialised in kettlebell-based functional training, helping clients improve strength, stamina, fat loss, and everyday movement. These workouts are designed to enhance daily life, not just performance in the gym.

I truly believe you don’t need a gym full of equipment—or even a gym membership—to achieve outstanding results. Even a 30-minute, full-body kettlebell workout can be incredibly effective when done correctly. My goal is to help busy people build strong, capable bodies with training that fits seamlessly around work, family, and life.
